Bogna Kicinska – jazz vocalist and educator born In small town Krasnystaw In Poland where she did her 2nd degree on violin. She graduated from Karol Szymanowski School of Music in Katowice (Poland), Jazz Training College on Bednarska Street in Warsaw (Poland) and Aaron Copland School of Music in New York. Shewas a prize-winner of many competitions, e.g.: International Festival of Traditional Jazz- Old Jazz Meeting “Gold Grater”– Ilawa (Poland), International Jazz Competition for Singing Musicians in Zory (Poland), “Hope of Warsaw”. She writes her own compositions and arrangements. Bogna performed in Poland, Ukraine andU.S. As an educator, she has experience in teaching on workshops (in Poland and Ukraine), in music schools (Poland and U.S.) andprivate lessons.
