I teach beginning and intermediate piano to all age groups; my experience includes teaching all age groups, from young kids to adults. As a teacher, my aim is to make learning musical skills and playing technique fun and engaging. Since I’m a composer, I’m also happy to teach theory, improvisation, and composition at the piano. My studies of the instrument include over a dozen years of lessons and preparation for numerous recitals. Currently, I’m applying my skills to playing keyboard in a band that has given shows in venues throughout New York. As a composer, my music has been performed throughout New York City, America, and Europe. I’m currently pursing a PhD in composition at NYU, where I have been awarded a Steinhardt Fellowship.
