Mr Obembe has always been passionate about music. He received his Bachelors Degree in Piano Performance from the University of MN and his Masters degree in Music education from NYU. Before moving to New York City in 2011, he lived in Minneapolis Minnesota and before that he lived in Lagos Nigeria. He hopes to keep on residing in New York City. Music has always been an important part of Mr Obembes life from the time that he had his first piano lessons at the age of 7.
